Calvary Chapel Bible College

The Calvary Chapel Bible College in St. Joseph (CCBC-SJ) is an education outreach ministry of Calvary Chapel St. Joseph.  It is also an extension campus of Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta, California, which is an education outreach ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, California.  Students at CCBC-SJ work in one of four different programs: The Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies (for those with transferable general education units), the Associates Degree in Theology (for high school graduates), the Certificate of Completion (for those who have not graduated from high school), and the Audit Program (for those seeking to deepen their relationship with the Lord).  For Questions you can contact Brian Jones at 816-279-8877 or send an email to ccbc@calvarystjoe.com. 

Prayer Chain

If you have a prayer request, you can e-mail it to ccstjoeprays@googlegroups.com or you can fill out a prayer request card (located on the back of each pew) and place them in the box at the back of the sanctuary.  We forward these prayer requests to those who have joined our pray chain.  We encourage you to consider joining our prayer team, so that you may join us in praying for the specific needs of the body.  If you are interested in joining, go to Calvary St. Joe Prays Google Group.

Manly Men's Breakfast

Men's Breakfast and Fellowship meets at the church at 8:00AM on the second Saturday of each month.  This is an opportunity for the men of the church to fellowship and study, strengthening one another in the faith.  Each month, a different guest speaker joins us to encourage and uplift us with the Word of God. 

Women's Ministries

 Anne Wood leads a 6:00pm study on Tuesday Evenings at the Church.  The Tuesday Night Women's Group is on break.  Women also meet at the Church on the last Monday of each month for Craft and Chat.  A time of fun and fellowship and at 9:30 the last Saturday of Jan. Premise Keepers

Premise Keepers is the cleaning ministry at Calvary Chapel St. Joseph. Premise Keepers usually meets on Thursday Evenings from 530 to 7pm contact John Shorba and Sundays after church contact Bruce Brown.  

Home Fellowships

During the week there are several Home Fellowship Groups at this time.  Home Fellowships include a time of Worship, Study, Prayer and of course Fellowship, they are great way to get to know the people in our Church Family.   

Groups meet on Monday Nights Leader Mark Milbourn meets at the Beaman Home, Friday Nights Leader: Danny King meets at the King Home, and Saturday Nights:: Leader Brian Jones meets at the Wiesenburger Home.

Section 8

Section 8 is our Youth Group for ages 13 and up.  Section 8 meets on Wednesday nights at 7pm in the Section 8 house across the Street from the Church.  For more information see Pastor Chuck. 

Meal Ministry

If you would be interested in providing a dinner for a family who has welcomed a new baby or for someone who is experiencing a health need please see Amber Rhein or Tia Phillips.
